Common Questions
Is the ad budget included in the package price?
No — and that's by design. The package price covers our management fee (strategy, creative, setup, optimisation, and reporting). Ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta or Google, so you always have full transparency and ownership of your accounts. We never mark up ad spend.
Who creates the content and graphics?
We do. Our team designs all posts, writes the captions, creates stories, and (on Growth and Authority plans) scripts and edits the Reels. You review and approve a content calendar at the start of each month before anything goes live.
How quickly can campaigns go live?
After you complete the onboarding form and give us access to your accounts, we typically have the first campaigns live within 48 hours. The first full content calendar is delivered within 5 business days of onboarding.
Do I keep ownership of my ad accounts and pages?
Absolutely. Your Facebook Page, Instagram account, Google Ads account, and ad spend all remain 100% yours. We only request Manager access to run campaigns on your behalf. If you ever stop working with us, you keep everything.
What results can I expect?
Results depend on your industry, budget, and current brand strength.
